Returns & Exchanges

Generally speaking, because we do not accept orders without forming a dialogue with our customers and coming to an agreement on product and services, Returns and Exchanges are rare.

• Returns & Exchanges may only occur if the ordered goods are damaged upon being received, or are incorrect.

• The need for a Return or Exchange must be communicated to Tégō Shelters within 7 days of the goods being received.
