  • Shadowspec Umbrellas come with a 10 year manufacturers warranty for the canopy, and a 6 year manufacturers warranty on the frame.

    It’s important to note that the warranty protects against manufacturers defects and does not cover things like user error and negligence.

  • All of Canada and United States (except for the island states).

  • For Shadowspec products, the price of shipping is included in the product.

  • Shipping timelines on most Shadowspec products ranges based on product selection and delivery address, but for Eastern Canada & US it’s typically 2-4 weeks, and for Western Canada & US it is typically 3-5 weeks.

  • Yes. In fact roughly half of our clients are businesses such as; Hotels, Restaurants, Golf & Country Clubs, Spas and Exhibition/Sporting Venues.

  • It's important to remember that if you're not using your umbrella, you should always collapse it down and take it out of the wind. A key point to note is that the Shadowspec Warranty doesn't cover wind damage to your umbrella. Our umbrellas stand up in every day wind, but if the wind gets too much for you or your patrons to enjoy comfortably you're best to collapse the umbrella.

  • For an umbrella designed primarily to provide shade, they work remarkably well. They offer near perfect protection against light-medium rain showers. Heavy rain may eventually permeate through the canopy after extended periods of time, but chances are by then, you’ve already decided “today is an inside day”.

  • Reach out to our team and we will diagnose the issue as a warranty issue or otherwise. Regardless of the outcome, we will ensure you are back to enjoying your product as soon as possible.

  • Dealing with exclusively premium products, this is a very rare occurrence. If this is the case, simply contact our team and we will work directly with the manufacturers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • You betcha! Currently Installation Services are only offered in the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Vancouver Area. If you are outside of these areas please contact us and we will do our best to set you up for success.
